HPAD Basketball cannot guarantee any player a position on their high school team, a scholarship, financial aid, or any related form of financial assistance. We provide athletes with playing time and exposure opportunities, which include showcasing their skills in front of select club and college coaches at levels including ACAC, D1, D2, D3, Junior College D1, Junior College D2, and NAIA. HPAD Basketball is not responsible for individual player performance during games and reserves the right to manage player participation in games and events according to our program's goals and team strategy.

If a player causes disruptions involving coaches, housing, mentors, spectators, or other players, HPAD Basketball may impose disciplinary measures as appropriate. Repeated disruptions may result in the player being sent home, with no guaranteed return. In such cases, all future payments will cease if payments are current; however, any outstanding fees will remain due, and legal action may be pursued to recover unpaid balances.

To secure a place in HPAD Basketball, a non-refundable deposit is required. After five business days, this deposit becomes fully non-refundable. Monthly payments are due by the 1st of each month until the full balance is paid, without exceptions. Payments commence upon an athlete's selection for a seasonal program unless an alternate start date is specified or the player begins late. A late fee of 10% will apply to payments made more than five days after the due date. If a payment is overdue by more than a month, HPAD Basketball reserves the right to dismiss the player and, potentially, prohibit their return.

Not all events, trips, flights, or travel expenses are covered by tuition. Food is not provided on trips unless explicitly stated. For clarification on what is included in the participation cost, please contact an HPAD Basketball director. Players may not seek legal recourse related to school placements, travel arrangements, playing time, or program dismissal terms.

HPAD Basketball upholds a strict drug-free policy, fostering a safe and productive environment. Alcohol and drug misuse endangers the well-being of all involved with HPAD Basketball and the security of our equipment and facilities. HPAD Basketball reserves the right to conduct drug testing should there be reasonable suspicion of substance use.

By enrolling, you agree to these terms and conditions and affirm that you are either the athlete or the parent responsible for tuition payments. If you are a player, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. While enrollment is not a binding contract, these terms and conditions are enforceable upon your participation in the program.
If any provision in these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, the remainder of the Terms shall remain enforceable. Any unlawful, void, or unenforceable provision is severable from the rest of the Terms, preserving the validity of the remaining provisions.
